About Toubani (ASX:TRE)

Toubani Resources Limited is an ASX-listed gold company headquartered in West Perth, Western Australia. Its main asset is the Kobada Gold Project in southern Mali, West Africa.

Toubani (ASX:TRE) reported final resource delineation drilling at the Kobada Main Deposit and first results from Gosso, a second satellite prospect, at its Kobada Gold Project in Mali, ahead of a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) update due in the coming weeks.

Footwall drilling at Kobada Main returned 55m at 3.30g/t gold from 138m, including 7m at 5.93g/t, 23m at 3.83g/t from 200m and 19m at 4.52g/t from 231m (all KBRC26_VT004). Toubani says the footwall zones are more coherent and higher grade than anticipated and expects the results to increase confidence in the near surface interpretation to 100m depth and potentially to increase resources between 100m and 200m. At Gosso, 5km from the Kobada plant under construction, drilling returned 5m at 13.8g/t gold from 47m, including 2m at 32.3g/t (GORC26_004), and confirmed continuity along 2.8km of strike, open along strike and at depth. Gosso joins Foroko as a source of supplementary ore feed. Kobada hosts 2.2 Moz in Mineral Resources, based on a combined Indicated and Inferred estimate of 78Mt at 0.88g/t dated 2 July 2024.

An updated Ore Reserve and mine plan are due in early January 2027, ahead of targeted mining at the beginning of 2027. A maiden Gosso MRE is planned for 2027, and the updated Kobada MRE is not yet released.
