About Many Peaks (ASX:MPK)
Many Peaks Minerals Limited is an ASX-listed gold exploration company headquartered in West Perth, Western Australia. Its main asset is the Ferké Gold Project in northern Côte d'Ivoire, West Africa.
Many Peaks (ASX:MPK) released an interim Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Ouarigue prospect at its Ferké Gold Project in Côte d'Ivoire, lifting the total to 34.6Mt at 1.87g/t gold for 2,077,000 ounces, an increase of 754,000 ounces, or 57%, over six months.
The open pit portion is 24.32Mt at 1.42g/t for 1,108,000 ounces, made up of 706,000 ounces Measured, 371,000 Indicated and 31,000 Inferred. The underground portion is 10.31Mt at 2.93g/t for 970,000 ounces, of which 912,000 ounces are Inferred. The estimate uses a US$3,500 optimised pit shell with a 0.31g/t Au lower cut-off and an underground cut-off of 1.35g/t Au, and incorporates 286 drill holes for 63,866m, reviewed by Mining One Consultants. Leach tests returned gold extraction of 74% to 91.5% across eight domains, and a provisional 85% recovery assumption was adopted. A Scoping Study for an integrated open pit and underground scenario is due later in Q4 2026, ahead of a planned feasibility study in 2027. Cash at 30 September was A$20M.
Many Peaks describes the estimate as interim. Inferred material is 30% of tonnage, final metallurgical recoveries await optimisation work, and limited drilling data confines underground studies to scoping study standard. The release does not state development capital or funding.
