About Sinclair Gold (ASX:SGC)
Sinclair Gold Ltd is an ASX-listed gold company headquartered in West Perth. Its principal asset is the Mt Henry Gold Project near Norseman in Western Australia.
Sinclair Gold (ASX:SGC) has doubled the JORC (2012) Mineral Resource at its Mt Henry Gold Project near Norseman to 1.8Moz, six months after acquiring the project in February 2026.
The updated Mineral Resource Estimate is 47.9Mt at 1.2g/t Au for 1.8Moz, adding 0.9Moz to the 0.9Moz Resource in place at acquisition. Measured and Indicated total 33.9Mt at 1.2g/t Au for 1.3Moz (more than 70% of the Resource), with Inferred 14.0Mt at 1.2g/t Au for 0.5Moz. The company states the updated MRE is independently estimated at a 0.5g/t gold cut-off and constrained within pit-shells using a A$3,900/oz gold price. About 1.6Moz, or about 90%, of combined Mt Henry and Selene Resource ounces sit within 200m of surface. All 0.9Moz of growth comes from Mt Henry and Selene and incorporates 20,426m of Sinclair's planned 50,000m drill program to a 31 July 2026 cut-off. Assays are pending from a further 25 holes drilled outside the Resource, and a fifth drill rig is on site. Cash was $38.2m as at 30 June 2026.
Mineralisation at Mt Henry and Selene remains open along strike and at depth. The release does not present an updated Ore Reserve. A further Resource update is targeted before the end of FY27.
