1H27 guidance

Web Travel Group Limited (ASX:WEB) provided guidance for the six months to 30 September 2026 (1H27) and announced its intention to conduct an on-market share buy-back of up to a maximum value of $90 million. The Company expects WebBeds 1H27 total transaction value (TTV) margin of circa 6.7%, up from 6.5% in 1H26, and WebBeds 1H27 revenue (in EUR functional currency) to be up 11-15% on 1H26. Group 1H27 Underlying EBITDA is on track to be between AUD80 and AUD86 million, despite currency headwinds of approximately 9% compared with 1H26, with cash conversion greater than 100%.

Capital management

The Board stated it does not believe the current share price appropriately reflects the Company's trading performance, cash generation and medium-term earnings outlook, and intends to commence the on-market buy-back using existing cash reserves while retaining flexibility to continue to invest in growth. The buy-back is expected to commence in August 2026, and shares bought back will be cancelled upon acquisition. Managing Director John Guscic said WebBeds continues to deliver TTV growth with enhanced margin. A trading update will be provided at the Company's AGM on 27 August 2026.
