Telix (ASX:TLX)'s third-quarter update shows revenue growth from its prostate cancer imaging products, reaffirms that FY 2026 revenue and other income is expected to exceed US$1 billion, and narrows R&D guidance.
Unaudited group revenue was US$245 million, up 19% on Q3 2025 and 1% lower than Q2 2026. Precision Medicine revenue, primarily Illuccix and Gozellix sales, was US$201 million, up 30%, while TMS third-party revenue fell 6% to US$44 million. U.S. dose volumes increased 1% quarter over quarter, which the CEO says reflects expected summer seasonality. During the quarter the FDA approved Pixclara for glioma imaging, the BiPASS Phase 3 study completed enrollment of 350 patients, and Telix announced a merger with Isotope Technologies Munich SE (ITM).
The Zircaix BLA resubmission to the FDA is still being finalised, the Pixlumi application in Europe remains under review, and the OPTIMAL-PSMA data readout is not expected until the first half of 2027.
