The board declared a final fully franked FY26 dividend of 10.8 cents per ordinary share, with an ex-dividend date of 15 September 2026, a record date of 16 September 2026 and a payment date of 30 September 2026. During FY2026 Red Hill paid two fully franked dividends totalling $11.6 million, or 18.1 cents per share, comprising the FY25 final dividend of 6.5 cents paid on 10 October 2025 and the FY26 interim dividend of 11.6 cents paid on 24 March 2026. Executive Chairman Joshua Pitt said the achievement of nameplate capacity at the Onslow Iron Project generated the $28.8 million in royalty income for FY26, and that the 22.4 cents per share of dividends for FY26 reflects the company's policy of paying 50% of the $28.8 million of royalty income during the reporting period. He said that with $62.77 million in cash at year end and ongoing royalty income, Red Hill is well positioned to continue to pay dividends, to fund its exploration programs and to pursue further royalty acquisitions, and that during the year the company carried out its first drill programs on the Curnamona Project, which straddles the SA-NSW border, and continued its efforts on the West Pilbara Project.
