About Jumbo Interactive (ASX:JIN)
Jumbo Interactive Limited is an ASX-listed lottery retail and technology company headquartered in Brisbane. It resells Australian lottery tickets online through Oz Lotteries, licenses its lottery software platform to government and charity lottery operators, and runs prize draw and lottery management businesses in the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.
Jumbo Interactive (ASX:JIN) used its AGM addresses to reaffirm the FY27 guidance it gave in August and to report a stronger run of lottery jackpots in the first four months of FY27.
For Australia, Jumbo expects an underlying EBITDA margin of 46% to 50%. For its international businesses, Dream Giveaways and Managed Services, it expects underlying EBITDA of $36 million to $40 million, up from $30 million in FY26. The company names jackpot frequency and size, and exchange rates, as the key sensitivities. The first four months of FY27 produced nine large jackpots with a combined Division 1 prize pool of $430 million, against seven jackpots and $300 million at the same point last year, including a $100 million Powerball in October. Since the August result, RSL Queensland has gone live on the Jumbo Lottery Platform, which the company says adds around $200 million in ticket sales a year, and Stride has entered a conditional agreement to acquire Raffle Management Group in Ontario, expected to complete around January 2027. Jumbo has bought around $4.3 million of shares under its on-market buyback this financial year. FY26 Group revenue was $194 million and underlying EBITDA $85 million.
The addresses give no group revenue or profit guidance for FY27. Proxy votes received before the meeting show 42.03% against the one-off equity grant to Mike Veverka and 57.05% for; final poll results are not in this release.
