Premier Investments Limited (ASX:PMV) has reported FY26 results for the 52 weeks ended 25 July 2026, with Premier Retail EBIT in line with August guidance and a higher fully franked final dividend.

Profit before tax excluding significant items was $211.1 million and statutory Net Profit After Tax was $129.2 million. Premier Retail EBIT pre-AASB16 excluding significant items was $175.9 million, in line with 12 August 2026 guidance, on sales of $795.5 million, comprising $565.3 million from Peter Alexander (up 3.2%) and $230.2 million from Smiggle (down 12.9%). EBIT margin was 22.1% and gross margin 65.2%. July 2026 inventory was $96.7 million, down $9.5 million or 8.9% versus July 2025. Cash on balance sheet was $391.4 million and the market value of Breville shares was $1.08 billion ($384.2 million on balance sheet). The Board approved a fully franked final dividend of 36 cents per share, payable on 22 January 2027, taking FY26 ordinary dividends to 81 cents per share (up 62% on FY25 ordinary dividends). For the first 7 weeks of 1H27, Premier Retail sales and gross profit dollars on a like-for-like constant currency basis were both within 1% of the prior corresponding period.

The release does not provide full-year FY27 financial guidance. Discretionary retail conditions are described as continuing to be challenging.
