Regis (ASX:RRL) Resources released preliminary, unaudited September quarter figures for FY27 to show where production and cash stand ahead of its full quarterly results, reporting group gold production that the company says met expectations despite significant rainfall affecting some September activities.
Group gold production was 83.0koz for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, comprising 56.1koz from Duketon and 27.0koz from Tropicana, where Regis is attributable at 30%. FY27 guidance is 360 to 400koz for the group, 240 to 270koz for Duketon and 120 to 130koz for Tropicana. Regis has previously noted that FY27 production guidance is weighted to the second half, with growth capital expenditure weighted to the first half as multiple open pits are commenced. Pre-tax cash and bullion of $146M was generated in the quarter, including the $51M Vault break fee, before $53M in tax payments.
