About Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX)

Atlas Arteria Limited is an ASX-listed toll road group. It holds interests in toll roads including the APRR and ADELAC networks in France, the Chicago Skyway and Dulles Greenway in the United States, and the Warnow Tunnel in Germany, and derives its revenue from tolls collected on those roads.

Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) reported that proportionate toll revenue for the three months ending 30 June 2026 was broadly in line with the prior corresponding period, down 0.3% excluding foreign exchange movements, or down 8.1% on a reported basis after foreign exchange. The company said higher fuel prices negatively impacted light vehicle traffic in France, while traffic growth was positive across its US and German businesses. APRR recorded a 3.9% decrease in traffic compared with Q2 2025, with light vehicle traffic down 5.1%, while the Chicago Skyway, Dulles Greenway and Warnow Tunnel recorded traffic increases of 4.7%, 5.3% and 2.3% respectively.

Atlas Arteria also announced it has executed a new three-year corporate term loan facility of A$150 million, in addition to an existing A$50 million working capital facility that was extended for a further three years in May 2026 and remains undrawn. The company said proceeds of the corporate debt facility will be used to fund the second instalment of the US$100 million Settlement Payment to extinguish the OTPP Put Option and to replenish cash reserves used to fund the first instalment. Debt drawn under the A$150 million term loan bears interest at 1.90% over BBSY.
