About Ramelius (ASX:RMS)

Ramelius Resources Limited is an ASX-listed gold producer headquartered in Perth. It operates and develops gold mines in Western Australia, centred on the Mt Magnet processing hub and the Rebecca-Roe project, and produces gold dore for sale into domestic and international markets.

Ramelius (ASX:RMS) Resources issued a preliminary September quarter production update ahead of its full Quarterly Activities Report later this month, setting out output and cash movements against FY27 guidance after wet weather disrupted ore haulage.

Gold production was 48,839 ounces, and the company says it is on track for FY27 Production Guidance of 205,000 to 225,000 ounces. Underlying free cash flow was A$60.2 million, and the cash and gold balance was A$768.0 million, up from A$649.6 million at 30 June 2026, after A$131 million of stamp duty on the Spartan transaction and A$6.9 million in income tax payments. Wet weather in September disrupted haulage from the Penny mine to the Mt Magnet mill, leaving an ore stockpile of 27,680t at 4.78g/t (4,254 contained ounces) at the mine; haulage has recommenced. The Edna May sale completed on 4 September 2026 for total consideration of A$300 million, including A$210 million in cash. A$18 million of buybacks were completed in the quarter under the A$250 million program, taking the total since inception to A$159 million. A Works Approval was granted for the Rebecca-Roe project, leaving routine Mining Act approvals as all that is required for Roe.

The figures are preliminary and the release reports no costs. The company expects the haulage delay not to affect full-year Guidance, and the Roe Mining Act approvals are still outstanding.
