The three agreements have combined total contract value of approximately US$685.0M (A$978.6M at A$0.70 per US$1 as at 28 September 2026), a weighted average term of just over four years, and are expected to contribute approximately US$162.7M (A$232.4M) in ARR, reaching full run-rate by Q4 FY27. Prepayments total approximately A$322.6M. Contract capital expenditure is approximately US$350.2M (A$500.3M); replenishing the GPU pool is estimated at US$252.0M (A$360.0M) over FY27. New contracts lift pro forma Group ARR to approximately A$1.1B. Megaport says it is fully funded for updated FY27 capex with approximately A$362.2M of pro forma liquidity and has upsized its debt facility to A$845M. As at 22 September 2026, Compute ARR was US$141.0M (A$201.4M), up 90% since 30 June 2026. Network ARR as at 31 August 2026 was A$302.6M, up 29% on a constant currency basis versus the prior corresponding period, with Network NRR at 116%. Updated FY27 guidance is Group revenue A$720M to A$810M (previously A$620M to A$730M), EBITDA margin 42% to 44% (previously 38% to 40%), and Group capex A$1.78B to A$1.88B (previously A$1.28B to A$1.38B). Customer identities are not disclosed for commercial reasons.

Debt drawdown remains subject to agreed terms, covenants and revenue milestones. Guidance excludes future strategic initiatives the company may undertake.
