Memphasys (ASX:MEM) has signed a three-year exclusive commercial distribution agreement with INVIDO LAB for its Felix System covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Kazakhstan, expanding its European footprint and installing dedicated regional commercial support.

Minimum contracted purchases total €416,200 (approximately A$674,000) over the initial three-year term, rising from €86,000 (about A$139,000) in Year 1 to €138,600 (about A$225,000) in Year 2 and €191,600 (about A$310,000) in Year 3, converted at €1.00 = A$1.62 as at 16 September 2026. INVIDO has exclusivity for Felix cartridges and consoles across those territories subject to agreed minimum purchase and other commercial performance requirements, and will lead commercial development with Memphasys' European team. The company cites a combined addressable market of about 89,600 ART cycles across the contracted territories, including about 54,300 in the Czech Republic, 8,288 in Slovakia and 27,012 in Kazakhstan, which also supports 7,000 publicly funded IVF/ICSI treatment quotas annually. Arne Schierau has been appointed Director, Commercial Operations Europe.
