Finbar (ASX:FRI) Group has commenced construction at its Romeo apartment development in Applecross, Perth, the third and final stage of the Applecross Precinct, after majority pre-sales since the March 2026 public launch.
Romeo has 103 sales from the 155-lot development, or 66% sold, including all three ground-floor commercial lots, for $121.1M in pre-sales to date. Over the same recent period the Group recorded 37 sales across off-the-plan and completed stock for a total value of $44.3 million, and total pre-sales now stand at $536 million, about 67% of available product across current projects.
Completion remains targeted for H1 FY2029, and a proposed Swan River ferry service is described as scheduled to commence by the end of 2027.
