About FlexiRoam (ASX:FRX)
FlexiRoam Limited is an ASX-listed telecommunications technology company that supplies global mobile data roaming products and related card-linked benefits to consumers and financial institutions.
FlexiRoam (ASX:FRX) said one of Australia's four major banks now offers FlexiRoam global data roaming as a complimentary benefit on its premium rewards Mastercard credit cards, after FlexiRoam signed the onboarding document for the bank's participation in the Mastercard-delivered program.
The bank funds the benefit and FlexiRoam earns an annual fee for each eligible card. Under management's current planning case, the benefit as offered would generate fee revenue of about USD 140,000 (about A$200,000) a year; that figure is not a forecast, guidance or minimum commitment. Eligible card accounts can claim a complimentary 3GB global data plan once each calendar year, valid for 15 days in more than 150 countries and regions, plus a 20% discount on further FlexiRoam plans. At 30 June 2026 the Mastercard channel had offered the benefit through 418 banks and 1,270 card programs in 78 countries. The bank is not named. The program has no minimum card or revenue commitment.
