About Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD)

Corporate Travel Management Limited is an ASX-listed corporate travel services company headquartered in Brisbane. It arranges and manages business travel for corporate, government and not-for-profit clients, earning fees and commissions on the bookings it handles rather than owning airlines or hotels. The company operates across Australia and New Zealand, North America, Asia and Europe.

Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) says IATA has released its $65 million security guarantee and restored its previous settlement cycles, ending temporary arrangements put in place while its FY25 accounts were being finalised.

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) has confirmed it has proceeded to release the $65 million security guarantee provided by CTM and to restore the company's previous settlement cycles, replacing the settlement and guarantee arrangements introduced in December 2025. CTM says the adjusted settlement cycles and the guarantee were temporary arrangements introduced while its FY25 financial statements were being finalised. The company expects the restoration of the previous arrangements to improve its working capital by approximately $30 million. CTM states that IATA's decision followed completion of IATA's latest financial assessment of the company, and that there was no disruption to ticketing or travel arrangements for clients during the period.

The release does not say when the working capital benefit will be realised, and it does not set out the terms of the restored settlement cycles.
