Corporate Travel Management (ASX: CTD) has stood down its UK chief executive....after significant revenue issues in its UK business. The company says it expects to reverse neraly 80-million pounds in revenue over the 2023, 2024 and 2025 financial years. The company says refunds will likely be owed amid concerns about revenue on several large customer contracts. The group has suspended UK chief executive Michael Healy with immediate effect while the board conducts investigations. It has been suspended from trade on the ASX since August for not lodging its accounts.
The Victorian Department of Health has imposed conditions on Monash IVF's (ASX: MVF) clinics in the state. This follows a mistake over the transfer of an embryo in its Melbourne lab. Monash says it does not expect the conditions to have a material impact on its earnings guidance.
Mining contractor Emeco (ASX: EHL) says its refinanced its long term debt facilities with improved pricing. Its announced a new five year $355-million dollar loan. The finance will be used to support the company's rental and equipment maintenance business.
Clearvue Technologies (ASX: CPV) will supply solar infrastructure to provide power to two towers in South Africa. The project is valued at more than $1-million dollars.
European Metals Holdings (ASX: EMH) has been awarded a grant of up 645-million dollars from the Czech Government. That's under the government's climate neutral economy program for the company's flagship lithium project.
