Little Green Pharma (ASX:LGP) Investor Presentation

Company Interview03 Mar, 2026

Little Green Pharma (ASX:LGP) is set to become one of the world’s largest pure-play cannabis companies following a recently announced merger with Cannatrek, an established Australian medicinal cannabis manufacturer. Little Green Pharma chief executive, Paul Long, says this strategic move will combine Little Green Pharma’s West Australian cultivation operation and European assets—including a major facility in Denmark, formerly owned by Canopy Growth (TSX:WEED)—with Cannatrek's extensive East Coast manufacturing resources. Long points out that this consolidation brings together two of the strongest players in the Australian market, opening up new efficiencies and significant growth prospects both domestically and across Europe.

Long highlights Little Green Pharma’s rapid expansion from its origins as Australia’s first local producer in 2018 to holding one of the top three market positions nationally. He sees Europe as the major growth driver for the merged entity, particularly in fast-moving and early-entry markets such as Germany, the UK, France, Spain, and Poland. The merged group will hold strong property-backed assets and expects to leverage these to meet rising European demand.

Addressing shareholders’ concerns over share price declines—from $0.90 in 2021 to around $0.11—Long states that a focus on market maturity, ongoing strategic consolidation, and first-mover advantages in new European markets provide strong catalysts for future growth.
