Etherstack (ASX:ESK) has secured a significant seven-year master supply agreement with AT&T, guaranteeing at least $2.5 billion USD annually in service fees and revenues from FY26. David Deacon from Etherstack shares that the company provides key technology for push-to-talk communications, underpinning the digital mobile radio networks used by public safety, utilities, and other mission-critical sectors globally. The company’s manufacturing base is in Australia, with a client list that includes Samsung, Rio Tinto, and now AT&T.

Deacon explains that the AT&T deal focuses on the North American market, particularly on AT&T’s FirstNet, the world’s largest mission-critical push-to-talk network for public safety agencies. The partnership is set to bridge traditional mobile radio networks with emerging 4G and 5G technologies, providing communications as a service through both carrier networks and data centres. According to Deacon, such large infrastructure projects usually span 10 to 15 years, providing robust support for sustained revenue growth.

Looking ahead, Deacon states that Etherstack’s contract pipeline is strong, with growing interest from major OECD countries and an active pilot with Telstra in Australia. He maintains that recent financial guidance, announced in May, remains unchanged, anticipating a record first half for the company.
