Citi sees some upside for Goodman Group in 2026...
The investment bank cites underlying investor demand for data centres, and tenant demand for capacity.
Citi says that fiscal 2026 will be a period for both capital raising and lease negotiation for the property giant.
It has a 'buy' on Goodman Group, with a $40 target price.
And Jefferies has raised its target price for Flight Centre after it bought the UK cruise agency Iglu and raised its FY26 profit outlook.
Jefferies has a $15.50 target price on Flight Centre, with a 'buy' rating attached to it.
The broker has flagged structural headwinds in the leisure travel segment, but backs Flight Centre's push into less commoditised categories such as luxury and cruise.
Moving to M&A... Citi says that Abacus Storage King remains a potential takeover target
In August, a Public Storage led consortium abandoned its $2.17 billion takeover offer, but Citi now says that the stock is trading at a 13.8% discount to its net tangible assets.
The investment bank rates the stock "neutral", with a target price of $1.50.
