Key points:

Pinnacle Minerals (ASX:PIM) now trading on US OTCQB market to widen North American investor accessFocus on antimony and gold projects in Idaho, including Thunder Mountain and Yellow PineAntimony Queen project in Washington state and lithium project near Winsome Resources and Rio Tinto in Quebec add breadth to portfolioRare earths project underway in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, close to Copper Resources.

Pinnacle Minerals (ASX:PIM) has commenced trading on the OTCQB market in the United States, with Bill Witham stating that this move aims to enhance accessibility for North American investors seeking exposure to US-focused critical minerals. Witham notes substantial interest in antimony and gold projects in Idaho, particularly those situated near the Perpetua Resources Stibnite mine and the Thunder Mountain site. The OTCQB listing, described as non-dilutive, requires no new stock issuance, preserving Pinnacle’s tightly held share structure.

Witham outlines that Pinnacle is actively advancing eight project areas, including the Thunder Mountain gold-silver project and historical mining areas such as Yellow Pine in Idaho. Recent geological fieldwork and validation of historical drilling data support plans for a new drilling programme next year, despite current winter conditions limiting some activities. The Antimony Queen project in Washington state is highlighted for its favourable climate and location, adding further value to Pinnacle’s portfolio.

Beyond its US portfolio, Pinnacle maintains significant assets in Quebec, including the Adina East project in James Bay, and a rare earths project in South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula, adjacent to Copper Resources. Witham emphasises Pinnacle’s strong financial position after multiple recent capital raisings, indicating sufficient funding for ongoing exploration and development activities.
