Orthocell (ASX:OCC) Investor Presentation

Company Interview31 Mar, 2026

Paul Anderson from Orthocell (ASX:OCC) outlines a bullish outlook for the company’s collagen nerve repair product, Remplir, as it expands into the United States market. Anderson states that Orthocell is fully funded, holding around $49.4 million in cash, and is targeting less than 1% of the US peripheral nerve repair market – some 6,000 procedures, or about 10,000 units – to reach break-even. He highlights growing international revenues and emphasises ownership of in‑house manufacturing and logistics as key strategic advantages.

Anderson reports rapid US commercial progress since FDA clearance, with Remplir now sold in 45 states, supported by eight direct US staff and 16 distributors. He notes 32 value analysis committee approvals, access to 52 hospitals, approximately 50 surgeons using the product, and monthly case volumes rising from 6 to about 60. He sees this as mirroring the Australian trajectory, where more than 4,000 units per annum are sold, with 314 surgeons across 224 hospitals.

On market dynamics, Anderson points to incumbents Integra and Axogen but argues most US procedures still rely on suturing, which he views as sub‑optimal. He frames Orthocell’s current share price weakness as a geopolitical and macro-driven dislocation rather than a business issue, and sees it as an opportunity for investors in (ASX:OCC).
