Company Interview24 Jun, 2026

Transurban has declared a distribution of 35 cents a security for the six months ending June. It says its distribution reinvestment plan will not operate for the final distribution for 2026.

IFM Investors has secured more than 50 percent of takeover target Atlas Arteria. That automatically extends the closing date of its bid by 14 days.. IFM is offering $5.10 a share. The Atlas board has previously rejected the takeover bid but the company's independent directors are now considering their response.

Tasmea will buy energy services provider JPS Group in a deal worth up to $75 million. The company says the move will boost earnings per share by about 5 per cent and diversifies its exposure to LNG, gas and energy infrastructure markets.

Gentrack Group has completed its acquisition of Dubai Technology Partners. DTP will be integrated into Gentrack's airports division to expand its product portfolio and global delivery capabilities.

Baby Bunting has cut its profit guidance for 2026 amid the higher cost of living. It expects pro forma net profit of $16 million to $17 million. That's after softer-than-expected trading in the fourth quarter weighed on sales, including weaker demand for prams.

KMD Brands plans to cut its share registry by undertaking a 1 for 25 share consolidation, which will cut the number of shares to around 72-million. John Strowger will join the company as non executive director on July 1st. Former chairman David Kirk will retire from the board on the same day.
