CSL has received a recommendation from the European Medicines Agency to revoke the marketing authorisation for its TAVNEOS treatment. The decision follows review of data handling in the product's Phase 3 clinical trial. TAVNEOS generated 145 million dollars in sales during the past financial year. CSL expects to halt new patient initiation in European markets pending the European Commission's final decision.
Accent has rejected FRASERS takeover bid at 65 cents per share...The Independent Board Committee says the offer price is materially inadequate and does not reflect the company's strategic position or growth potential. The offer equals Accent's closing price before the bid was made - but sits below the 71-cent closing price on 26 June. The board notes Accent is targeting 1.9 billion dollars in sales and 950 stores by 2030.
Neuren Pharmaceuticals says the European Medicines Agency has recommended approving its Daybue treatment for Rett syndrome symptoms in the EU. The drug would be the first treatment for this indication in Europe if the European Commission grants marketing authorisation.
HMC Capital has secured $1.35 billion in total funding across new private credit mandates from two global institutional investors. On full deployment, HMC's private credit platform is expected to manage approximately $3.3 billion in assets, providing around $1 billion of dry powder for further deployment.
Greatland Resources has increased group ore reserves by 62 percent to 5-million ounces after lifting reserves at its Telfer gold mine. Elevra Lithium has broken ground on its fully funded North American Lithium Expansion Project. The company completed a $275 million capital raise in May 2026 to fund the expansion. Stage 1 is expected to increase spodumene concentrate production capacity by 15-20% when completed in mid-2027.
