Jefferies has raised its Price Target and outlook on NextDC following contract wins.
And Jefferies expects further contract wins in the second half of this financial year, saying demand is still strong for the data centre operator.
The investment firm has a target price of $19.80 on NextDC.
Meanwhile - Citi sees some upside for Charter Hall and its fund Charter Hall Retail REIT follwing the acquisition of a shopping centre.
Citi says this will drive higher fee income and adds that steady rental growth is set to lift medium-term valuations for Australian convenience retail.
Elsewhere - Morningstar has trimmed its earnings estimate for the recycler Sims.
This comes as low demand affects prices for ferrous scrap metal in the US.
However Morningstar sees tariff tailwinds and likely US interest rate cuts as supporting scrap prices from FY26–FY28.
The investment research firm has a $15.80 fair value estimate on the stock.
